How to Use PIRlo

Everything you need to sign in and find your way around: players and parents, clubs, scouts, agents and media. Still stuck? Email pirlosoccerdata@gmail.com.

Which login is mine?

Each kind of account has its own sign-in page. Always sign in with the email address PIRlo has on file for you.

Invited by a coworker? Open the invitation link in your email instead (see Coworker invitations).

Signing in to a portal (Club, Scout, Agent, Media)

Portals are by invitation. PIRlo sets up access for one email address, and that is the email you must sign in with. Creating an account on your own does not open a portal. To request access, email pirlosoccerdata@gmail.com.

Gmail or Google Workspace email

  1. Go to your portal's sign-in page (for example pirlosoccer.com/club/login).
  2. Click Continue with Google and choose the approved account. You're in.

Any other email: create your password first

  1. On your portal's sign-in page, click Create / Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your approved email and click Email me a password link.
  3. Open the email (check spam) and click the link to choose a password.
  4. Back on the sign-in page, enter your Email address and Password and click Sign in.

If you are asked to verify your email, open the verification email, click the link, then return to the sign-in page. Use Create / Forgot Password any time you forget your password.

Players & parents

Order a report

  1. Players under 18: a parent or guardian completes the Parent/Guardian Consent Form first, using the player's email. This also creates the player's PIRlo account.
  2. Go to Order Your Report and choose a report. Youth Tournament and College reports use data PIRlo already has. The Individual Player Report and Team Package need links to full match videos.
  3. Fill in the player details and pay securely on Square. You'll get a confirmation email, and the report is delivered within 3-5 business days.

Sign in (no password)

  1. Go to pirlosoccer.com/player/login.
  2. Enter the player email (or the email you ordered with). That email is your PIRlo ID.
  3. Open the email from PIRlo and click the sign-in link. If you open it on a different phone or computer, enter the same email again when asked.

Your player page

  • Order status: follow each order from received to delivered.
  • Your reports: click Open report to read a published report.
  • Missing a report? Ask PIRlo to find a report and link it to your email.

Inside your report

  • Player Development is the full report, including development notes. Recruitment is the version recruiters see, without the private development notes.
  • Download saves a PDF that looks like the report on screen, best for phones and computers. Download for Print saves white pages for printing. Both open your browser's print window: choose Save as PDF (on iPhone, tap Share, then Save to Files).
  • Share report creates a link anyone can open to see the Recruitment view, without signing in. Turn the link off at any time.
  • Report visibility: Public lets approved clubs, scouts, agents and media find the report (Recruitment view only). Private keeps it to you, PIRlo and people you grant access.
  • Private viewer access: give a coach or family member access to the full report by entering their email. They sign in at User Login with that email. Revoke access at any time.

Club & Scout portals

Sign in at pirlosoccer.com/club/login or pirlosoccer.com/scouts/login. The Scout portal has the same tools as the Club portal, for scouting departments. If you manage more than one club, switch between them with the selector under your club name. The primary account can upload the club logo.
